Programming principles

- The designer will ask you about the wallpapers, fabrics, and tiles based on the scope defined in the first and second meetings.
- After showing you the road map about the near future deliverable, the designer will analyze and research the environment. They will work for the building and the zoning codes.
- For clients, it is the most entertaining phase; you can see colors all around. The work is in the initiation phase; fabrics are kept with the materials selected near you. You get to see what is made up of your home interior design.
Design & Development
- The interior designer has given its direction, which has been solidified. On the other hand, the designer selects the finishes of the final deliverable. It includes plumbing, countertops, lighting, and appliances.
- The design & development phase takes one meeting in which all final designs are reviewed, and the preliminary floor plans are shown to the clients and their family members.
- Half of the fees have been paid here, so make sure you have told every ideation for the near future.
Contract Documents
- This is the final phase of bedroom design where all the documentation has been done. The whole design consists of layouts, locations, and specifications.
- The drawings and schedules are being communicated to the contractors and vendors to get approval from the vendors.
Construction
- After being designed, the whole structure is being monitored, if anything is left behind.
- The written plan and executed plan are being tested; if it is up to the mark, then it is being continued. Otherwise, possible corrections are done.
- Troubleshooting is always being occurred at this phase. The unexpected challenges are seen here. The interior designer can never predict the changes but can solve the current space problems.
Installation
- As the interior design is being implemented, the installation has been done. The window panes and furnishings are being installed. Depending on the project size, it takes from half to two weeks. The new environment will take time to settle, so have patience while setting yourself in the background.
